PROPOSED RULE-MAKING TO ADOPT "INTEGRATED RESOURCE PLANNING REGULATION - PSC REG. DOCKET NO. 60

In 2006, the General Assembly and Governor enacted the "Electric Utility Retail Customer Supply Act" 75 Del. Laws. Ch. 242 § 6 (Apr. 6, 2006). The Commission now proposes an "Integrated Resource Planning Regulation" to govern DP&L's IRP process pursuant to the Act.

REVIEW OF INITIAL RESOURCE PLAN SUBMITTED BY DELMARVA POWER ON DECEMBER 1, 2006 - PSC DOCKET NO. 07-20

In compliance with the "Electric Utility Retail Customer Supply Act of 2006" Delmarva Power is also obligated to file a ten-year Integrated Resource Plan (IRP) by December 1, 2006. In compliance with the Act, Delmarva Power has filed its proposal with the Commission, the Delaware Energy Office, the Office of Management and Budget and the Controller General's Office. The proposal consists of 34 pages describing Delmarva Power’s plans to provide SOS service through 2016. The Commission will continue to seek public input on Delmarva's plan and is in process of planning the four state agency approach for this effort. IRP related documents are as follows:
