From the North (Wilmington and Philadelphia): I-95 South to Route 1 South, exiting at Scarborough Road in Dover (Exit 104). At traffic light, cross over Route 13 onto Scarborough Road. Follow Scarborough Road to the third traffic light, and turn left onto Walker Road. Follow Walker Road to the second traffic light, and turn left onto SIlver Lake Boulevard. The Commission offices are located on the first floor of the fourth building on the right-hand side (Cannon Building).

From the West (Baltimore, Washington): Follow Route 50 East across the Bay Bridge. At the Route 50 and Route 301 split, continue on Route 301 North approximately 20 miles. Turn right off of Route 301 onto Road 300 and follow into Delaware. Turn right onto Route 44, and follow to Route 8. Make a left onto Route 8 and follow approximately 7 miles to Dover. At intersection of Route 8 and Route 15 (Saulsbury Road) turn left, follow to the first traffic light and turn right onto Walker Road. Continue to the second traffic light, and turn left onto Silver Lake Boulevard. The Commission offices are located on the first floor of the fourth building on the right-hand side (Cannon Building).

From the South (Seaford, Laurel and Norfolk): Once across the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel, follow Route 13 North into Dover. Turn left onto State Street (Alt 13) and continue through the historic district to the light at Walker Road. Turn left onto Walker Road, then turn right at the first traffic light onto Silver Lake Boulevard. The Commission offices are located on the first floor of the fourth building on the right-hand side.
